TIME IS EVERYTHING

There is time for cloth
There is time for dresses
Time doesn’t last forever
Anything new today,
Turned to carcas tomorrow
Our sojourn on earth has limitation, my friend
Time is everything
New cloth this year
It’s gonna turn to rag
Nothing new that last forever
We only have time
No one can live forever
All that are new
Will later become old

The new wife today
Will become old later
No matter how long
All teeth will vamoose
Very soon
And so soon
All that makes her a woman
Will turned down like old slippers
All beads at the waist
Will turned flat later

Where she put beads that facinate men
Will turn flat and useless
Nothing new that will not turned old

A time is coming
For who God has blessed
Given house and long life
That he will say
Gone are the day l commissioned this building
We are all happy
Because the house is massive
The wall is like gold and silver
The roof is glittering
The painters, needed to be praised
The carpenters needed to be commended

But
After all is done
Days after days
Months after months
The house started peeling
The paint started fading
The door cannot hold again
The roof started leaking
The pillar started falling one after the other
So, there is nothing new
That doesn't get old

Only God will not change
Only God will not diminished
Only God will not get old
God will never change
And all He wishes not to vanished.
